According to Italian media, Inter have zeroed in on two candidates: 23-year-old Frendrup has impressed at Genoa, with 3.1 tackles per Serie A game last season earning him a spot in Denmark’s national team; 25-year-old Keita, meanwhile, comes with a "Zivkovic connection" – he played under the manager at Parma, a familiarity that could speed up his integration.
For Inter, aiming to compete on both Serie A and Champions League fronts, this signing is more than just depth – it’s a boost to midfield solidity. Talks haven’t entered advanced stages yet, but with Zivkovic pushing for the move, the Nerazzurri are likely to accelerate negotiations before the window closes.
